We want you to feel confident trying LinkedSignal. If you subscribe to the Pro plan and decide it is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at help@linkedsignal.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Once processed, the charge will be reversed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your account is immediately downgraded to the Free plan.
  • You retain access to all content you created (posts, carousels, drafts).
  • Free plan limits apply: 5 posts/month, 1 carousel/month.
  • You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time from your billing page.

What is Not Covered

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Annual plan refunds are prorated based on remaining unused months if the request is made after 7 days but within 30 days.
  • Chargebacks or disputes filed directly with your bank before contacting us. Please reach out to us first.

Cancellation (Without Refund)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
